Glasgow’s River Clyde is to become home to a one of a kind development of 2 bedroom flats, offering a unique underwater lounge. Poseidon, by Scottish developer Pilar Homes, is set to become one of the most sought after addresses in the UK.
The apartments offer panoramic views of river bed, plus each one has an internal aquarium allowing the many species of fish to enter through specially designed fish flaps. They also have Eco-friendly credentials, with recovered river water being used to flush the toilets.
A spokesperson for Pilar Homes said, “We’re delighted to announce the launch of Poseidon and we’re excited to see our vision of underwater living coming to life over the next few months. It’s the first development of its kind in the UK but we’re already looking forward to creating similar developments in other locations, including Loch Ness, the home of the Loch Ness monster.”
